thank you for the kind words. i'm working on a new video with this year's photos and videos, i'll be updating when i'm done. my sister came to the ride this year. she's not doing well, but she was there and she was so proud of us all! it is a really nice event and very emotional since nearly everyone has someone they are riding in honor of or in memory of. good luck to you and to your student! i will keep you both in my thoughts. come back after the ride and tell us how it went!

From the ingredient list/nutrition info I'd agree. It doesn't sound like a particularly good on bike drink - its got little in the way of calories and is mostly fat and fiber and that's hard to digest when you are on the bike. Some people do prefer a little fat/protein in their drink, but still the bulk of it is carbohydrate for quick energy.
