    century

Very tempting...... I've done it the last 2 years ,and last year I did the 100. It was a struggle. The only thing is the weather? We lucked out last year ,and I only got rained on the last 6 miles. I did have fun though. It was my first Century ,and I did it by myself. I met people along the way. The course has some pretty big hills ,but it is really pretty with the changing of the leaves. Im not very fast. ; ((

We may be interested. It depends on how much riding we can get in this month - hard to say as it's been very inconsistant for us this year.

If I can't ride it, I will commit to standing in my driveway and cheering on the 75-mile and century riders as you pass by us! I'll even hold up a TE sign and take photos - if anyone wants.

(We see those pumpkin route markers on our rides all the time - I was wondering what ride they were for!!)

If I'm up to it I am going to ride the 75 mile route. I'll look for the TE sign if I do ride the 75 miler! I'll know for sure the closer we get to the date.

And I can't wait to see the pumpkin markers!

I'm excited! I leave on Saturday! I'm staying in Lake Oswego, OR . . . My hubby can't make it but a co-worker, Jennifer, is going to do the 75 mile ride with me!

Jennifer and two other teachers from my school are going down on Friday for a conference. Jennifer, Cheryl, and Hillery will meet me Saturday afternoon at my hotel in Lake Oswego after they checkout of their hotel in Portland. We are going to have a girls night out . . dinner at a Greek restaurant with belly dancers?!!! lol and hopefully Jennn and I will get some rest for our ride on Sunday!

Weather . . . sunny and high of 63!!!! I'm really stoked for this ride! Course is marked with pumpkins! How perfectly autumn-ish.

Sue - how was the ride?

We were out painting our house all day and saw the riders going by from about 11 am until about 4 pm! We were sorry we had to miss out, but a clear fall day and a naked house made painting our top priority!

    You certainly had wonderful weather!

I'm so sad we couldn't go. My partner was on call all weekend. (This is Canadian Thanksgiving.)

Hope you had a great time!
