    I have to step away from the computer, but it's all downhill from here (literally if you're still on the bike course, since it's a downhill finish)!! Just stick with your run/walk plan and YOU WILL BE IRON!

    I'll be back later for the finish I thought they had text messaging alerts, but I can't seem to find them.

    I just got back from an 8 mile training walk and I kept thinking about how Karen was doing and where she was.
