Can the answer to "what do you eat" be "YES"?

Seriously, there are days where the "see food diet" gets a little out of hand.

but a favorite is Burgerville hot and salty fries dipped into the mocha perk shake. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (need a drooling emoticon here).

I did have a tough day with Wahine but I'm gonna do better...have a new game plan.

I ran a marathon once, and after that I ate 7 bowls of steamed spiced shrimp at Chesapeake Bay Seafood house.

No problem! I'll blame you. It says right on the can "Product of Canada".

I will look forward to THIS ride report. And whatever happened to the cheese and rosemary biscuits?

    ROTFLMAO.

As always, blame the resident Canadian.

Wow, 7 bowls of anything is really impressive, even by my standards.

I ate 2 bowls of rice pasta with organic beef meat sauce and salad tonight to get ready for the sprint tri tomorrow. It's not my usual fish n chips but it's gonna hafta do. I'll let you know how it goes.
