If you don't think you need a cutout, I've had good riding on the Selle San Marco Aspide Glamour. It has a little sunken channel through the middle, as opposed to a cutout, and for me it provides just the right amount of relief there. I can't ride other saddles with no cutout because I get too much chafe up front, but the Glamour is A-ok for me.

It has a wide rear platform, I believe it's a 155, but it narrows considerably through the nose. It's hard and supportive and has done well for me, even on consecutive days.
