Who better to ask for help than cyclists? I am 54 with a 13 year old daughter and a 10 year old son. I raced with the Valleyspokesmen womens team for years and just tuckered out. I now ride and train new riders - particularly for the cinderella classic with the help of the LunaChix. Be glad to return the favor for anyone. Its fun to see where the postcards come from. Two years ago when my daughter did this, I sent e-mails to the North Dakota Chamber of Commerce and also Idaho and they both sent wonderful postcards.
