Wow, 7 bowls of anything is really impressive, even by my standards.
I ate 2 bowls of rice pasta with organic beef meat sauce and salad tonight to get ready for the sprint tri tomorrow. It's not my usual fish n chips but it's gonna hafta do. I'll let you know how it goes.Living life like there's no tomorrow.
