When I went last time and finally did something technical (a downhill) I whooped and then giggled uncontrollably with glee. I also whooped and hollared after making it through a tight tree pass and also yelled "I lived to tell" to my husband. I might have sounded like a goober but I was having a great time. I also squeeled when I got air over a little hill and sometimes scream going downhill that may sound more like terror. Fist pumps occur, squeels come out, laughs bellow and heck ya's are shouted. Mountain biking is very interactive for me and all my senses/emotions.
But you know I hear the people who actually know what they are doing making a lot of ruckus too.
