    Knee issues and knee pain is the worst! That is great your LBS helped you out!

    How exactly do you use your knees to push? Maybe I know what causes my knees discomfort and already stop doing what is causing them pain, but I want to know how not to hurt them.

    The LBS that helped me out and traded out my pedals and such was WEST COUNTY REVOLUTION located in Sebastopol. They are the BEST!!!! Friendly and wanting to make you HAPPY and SATISFIED and SAFE!!! I cannot say more about them.

    Regarding pumping with my knee it is hard to communicate it..............but it only involves pushing with the knee and not the glutes and butt muscles. It usually only takes over when my glutes and such are REALLY EXHAUSTED.........
