It's a 12 hour endurance road race. You ride as far as you can in 12 hours. There is a big loop (that's the 120 miles I did this weekend) and a smaller loop, that's relatively flat (only one real climb and that's only 3 miles long - interesting how my perspective has changed). You have to complete the big loop to get an official finish and then you do as many miles on the small loop as possible. I'm doing this as a 2 woman relay team with SprocketsMom. It's on Sept 6th and it's gonna be fun!!! All of my crazy ultra endurance buddies will be there. I'm very excited.


Oh yeah! Do I remember right that the small loop is about 25 miles, or did I just make that up?
