Do you ride clipped in to the mallets most of the time? I'll probably ride not clipped in most of the time and I don't want the pedals to be slippery or uncomfortable, but it would be really great if sometimes I could wear my cycling shoes and clip in...

I think right now I'm leaning towards the 5050s.

I don't mind if you laugh at me (I do) but I am currently riding with only my left foot clipped in
I'm used to Frogs and haven't quite got the eggbeaters down yet.

I had to shave down the tread a bit on my shoes to get clipped in. I like these fine clipped or unclipped. my shop guy rode them wearing flip-flops.

I have 50/50 on one bike, and Wellgos on another. (3 bikes with BMX pedals, the third set are Kona Jacksh*ts)

I really like the 50/50, they are easy to adjust (long pins, short pins, re-arrange the pins) to your liking. The color plates can be switched to all sorts of fun combinations.

I think if I were to get yet another bike (shhhh!) I'd get the 50/50 again.
