    No, it's the first weekend after school starts and the flights are really expensive, as you know. Erik and I would have to miss 2-3 days of school. That would cost us over $2000 alone. Plus travel, and accomodations.

    What season is it in September (12th)? I'm used to heat, but not humidity. Anyway, I have to sop thinking about it. If I wanted to go, I'd have to commit by tomorrow.

    Wow- too cool! Even if I couldn't go, it would be great to say you qualified. Even better when you explain that due to your strong committment to your job, you have to pass up the opportunity. Career before passion and all.
