She not only looks great, she looks too fresh for having just finished a tri! You should join her next time!
It's fun to be the support group, too, though! And having had one on my first and second tri's, I can tell you it means a lot to see a friendly face cheering you on! My friend even ran the last 1/4 mile with me in my first one. That was so cool, b/c I was dying at that point!
