    Where is it illegal to use an iPod while driving? Mine is plugged into my stereo and isn't even visible.

    Are you talking about the use of earphones covering both ears? I'm not getting into the debate of safety, just curious where these laws are that specifically prohibit the use of an iPod or MP3 player or whatever generic term they want to use.

    I don't use an ipod when I ride either BUT hey everyone, she did politely ask not to be reminded about the safety issue.

    I run with my ipod and I love the podrunner stuff (google it and download from their website). Often wish I could ride with it to keep my cadence steady.
