Cop-speak, particularly made-up words like "complaintant," but including all the three-syllable pig-legalese.
ETA: for any cops here, the pun was originally unintentional and I don't think ALL cops are pigs, it was just meant as a play on "pig-Latin," but I'm leaving it in because it's apropos. I think everyone has stated their views pretty thoroughly on the OMG issue, so I for one am going to try to move forward. We are not going to change each others views on it, so the best we can hope for is just to make our own views known, which has now been done pretty thoroughly. That's good!
As to "Nascar-speak" I can happily say that I don't even know what that is!
