I don't know if I'm perimenopausal or what, but I now sweat at the drop of a hat. I've always sweated during a workout (which is kind of a reward...lets you know you've DONE something), but now I sweat at work, while sleeping, etc. And not just little sweat; I"m talking rivulets of perspiration trickling down my face and neck, my scrub top soaked down my back. I have to wear a sports bra to work to help keep me dry. I can't even imagine what menopause will be like....I will look like a wet sponge all the time!

My riding buddies can attest to this...

I sweat so much that those riding behind me often think it's raining!

Again - it's in my genes. One of my favorite photos of my sister is from her volleyball days. The team wore green cotton T-shirts in one of their tournaments. After they had won, they took a team photo. In the photo, it looks like my sister is wearing a totally different color shirt than everyone else. Nope...same shirt, just SOAKED through with sweat!
