    Thanks everyone! Man am I sun burnt! My shoulders, one spot on one thigh, behind my knees and my low back are all burnt. My toes are sore and I have one blister. It's on the top of my foot/bottom of my ankle - something was rubbing clearly.

    Wow, well done in the heat! I ride in temps up to 100 but it's much harder running. Ugh.

    As an aside, I did a double-take on the subject line of this post (seeing as how my name is Barb ) I did "Barb's Race" yesterday as a practice triathlon to see how it all fits together. I set up a route centering from the beach I swim at and did transition from the back of my van. I think I'm ready for my tri in 2 weeks.
