Wow! That's cool. Who said one had to paid thousands for a wedding dress?

[QUOTE=Grog;350551]This being said, a "fun" game at my shower was that nobody could say a wedding-related word (dress, groom, bride, wedding, cake, whatever could be remotely related to the wedding) so it forced people to talk about other things. Everyone had a clothespin on their clothes, and if they were caught talking about something weddingy the pin was taken from them (and then they could talk wedding all they wanted to try to get others to lose their pin). Person ending with the most pins wins. [QUOTE]

Sounds like a good game when people at the shower can include those who are married, coupled or single. Particularily for the single, unattached folks..they can talk happily about other non-wedding/non-marriage topics also.

May the wedding go well..and may the marriage be forever.

Thinking back to the few bridal showers I've been to in the last couple years, I honestly don't think much has changed in the game department...

I think most of them were stolen from the internet. These ones sound pretty fun, and not totally cheezy:

Depending on your crowd, you could go with the "just socialize" method. One of my friends had one of those "chocolate fondue fountain" thingies and that was an amusing talking point.
