Brutal weather.
At least in a sprint you know it'll be over before it gets to the full extent of "HOT", but in an IM/HIM, no such luck. The entire day really is a test.
And... YOU PASSED! Do you get a cool medal for being 3rd? It's not a red bull can, but hey...

This is what I got.
The plaque is on a wooden box with the bottle of wine inside. Inside the box was also a coupon for $20 off a bra at bradiva and a post card to send in to get a limited edition tridiva t shirt.
I really like the t-shirt that all the participants received. It's made out of Dri-Tec - very cool.

Way to go V. Glad to see you finished in spite of the heat. My HIM run in June was at 93 deg and that was hot enough. Way to go!!!
