I need to clarify exactly what i'm referring to..
Just so it doesn't confuse anyone!
It's just when i'm on my bike(s) and want to pedal out of the saddle-when i want to move my right leg(that's bent) from say the 12 oçlock position to the next donwards stroke..if that makes any sense..
It takes a lot of work to do it on the bike and isn't just an automatic thing quite yet!
