They got their suits on, I marked them so they would end at about 2 inches above the ankles, we cut them off and sealed the edges with patch kit rubber glue. Worked great. Got rid of the bunched up neoprene behind the knees and now the suits are a length that's easier to get off in transition.
Thanks for the answer, sounds like I might benefit from this. I have to step on my suit legs to get my feet out and I've wondered if the legs were supposed to be that long.
