Oh, I am totally aware about proper rest days etc. - this is the first time I've gone such a stretch, and Monday is definitely going to be the rest day.
The funny thing is I have my period, preceded by one of the worser episodes of pms (little emotional breakdown at work, happens only every X months) - but I feel energized and can still train when sometimes it makes me tired.
I'm wondering to what extent one could build a base - considering the time budget we have, not being pros, so as to digest 100K plus rides.
