    Three Sport Sprint Triathlon RR

    w00t, my best triathlon yet.

This was a 300m pool swim/20k bike/5k run. This was my first triathlon where I stayed composed on the swim (even when being passed) and where I ran the whole run.

I finished 5/14 AG, and 76/186 overall. I excelled at transitions (2/14 and 3/14) but my run is dragging me down 10/14. Definitely have to work at that.

The whole race report is here and my photos are here.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

Great job, and some seriously nice transitions! I always lose track of time in transitions at short distances (well, any distance, but I care less at long distances).

Way to go!!!! Each small victory (like transitions and staying composed during the swim) add up to HUGE victories when you finish strong and happy.
    Congrats!!!

p.s. I clicked on the pictures, but they didn't show up (little x's instead). I'm sure they're nice, tho.

They were there a little earlier today. Not sure what's up with this. Most are the same as those as the bottom of the race report.

OK- so long as we're not missing out on anything extra. Your pictures and RR are great! You have such nice shoulders- good for swimming, eh?
    Congrats again!!

Apparently they are working on functionality upgrades and things should be fixed sometime today.
