That is a very curious braking mechanism you have there.
If the derailleur hangar is bent, that's an easy fix for a well-equipped bike shop. Park actually makes a tool for that.
If the mech cage is bent, just toss it. Bending one back into a serviceable position is possible, but I think bending one back into its proper alignment involves sacred words spoken under a full moon.

My bike's in the shop, getting a new derailer and hanger thingy. But they said the spoke is actually fine, so that's good!
