I think 'brand management' is marketing.

One of the old teams that used to crack me up was Renault-Elf-Gitane. Car maker, gas station and bicycle manufacturer.
At one time home to Bernard Hinault, Laurent Fignon, Greg LeMond and Marc Madiot, all at once. You didn't check your ego at the door on that team, they issued you a supplemental one.re-cur-sion ri'-ker-shen n: see recursion
