Isn't that the point of the UCI bio-passport program? A profile is built of an individual athlete. Whether UCI administers it properly is another question.

What teams have their own reputable drug-testing/profiling program? These teams are the only ones that I don't automatically put an * next to any result.

Honestly, if any of them are caught doping I wish the French would arrest them and throw them in jail for a few years. If some of those cyclists had to spend some time in prison with other criminals who do drugs, maybe they'd all start to think twice about it...
It's just so stupid, to throw away your career and trash your name. Not to mention hurting your teammates and your sponsors. So selfish.

That may be what happens. It was mentioned in the VeloNews live coverage this morning that Ricco may be charged with possession, which could land him in French prison. But this was just a quick blurb in the live coverage, so I don't know how accurate it is.
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."
David Desautels, in a letter to velonews.com

Random babblings and some stuff to look at.
