Figure out what to do with a piece of waxed paper? Um....throw it away of course....it's totally biodegradable. (Unless it's fairly clean or you can easily rinse it off, in which case put it in in the paper recycles.)
Or, use a piece of tin foil and then rinse the chocolate off at home and recycle it.
Or if there's room in your saddlebag, use a really small plastic tub snack container that you can re-use over and over again.
