I wish my mom would make me a chocolate pie. Maybe for my birthday.

Sadly not that I can tell with the pacific northwest. So, I'd be taking another bar. I could consider New Hampshire - then I could waive into Maine. Hmmm....

Maybe easier to suck it up and take another one...

My bike named herself today!! This is the first bike I've owned since I was a kid, so I didn't expect to name her. But my 5 year old insists that all bikes have names (Her's is "Speed racer")

What is her name you ask (The bike, not my daughter).... "Pip" as in "Pippi Longstockings" One of my childhood idols.

One bike is named Fluffy and one is named LT - short for Lego-last. A play on the bike type (Rivendell Legolas) and the fact that I usually bring up the rear on double centuries.

    All my bikes are named:

Fiona (my old steel steed I sold, after Fiona in Shrek. A pain in the butt but a genuine friend )
Miranda (my Cannondale- she is spunky like this artist I like Miranda Lambert and my favorite character on Sex in the City)
    Hilda (my commuter)
Tess (my mountain bike, she is a Contessa model)
    Amanda

2011 Specialized Epic Comp 29er | Specialized Phenom | "Marie Laveau"
2007 Cannondale Synapse Carbon Road | Selle Italia Lady Gel Flow | "Miranda"

    pop

I want to pop into little kangaroos..I don't get our weather..

We're going indoor rock climbing tonight with our gang & then yummy thai dinner..mmmmmm..

Tomorrow morning I get to sleep in & then we're off to see the new Batman film..whatever it's called. Normally I wouldn't bother but our friend is doing a screening fundraiser for Make a Wish foundation.

Sunday the weather is going to be nice & I shall go on an easy mtn bike ride.

I want a piece of cherry pie, like my Mom used to make. Just one piece with my coffee, then another piece after lunch, and another for an afternoon snack.....
