By the way, I'm feeling more myself. It rained all day, so I went to the gym and did a little of everything. It felt great and I didn't lose that much strength or breath. Some, but not so much.

Has anyone here who has dealt with allergies or sinusitus used one of those "neti pots," the yogic thing where you wash out your sinuses with water? I wondered if that might help, and if I could do it without drowning myself.
