    What's this I hear about ice on the freeways in Auckland?

    It's not that cold over here accross the ditch. NIghts are a bit coolish as it dips to 3C some nights.

    too cold.....

    to even type properly At this point I'm grateful that I don't live in Taupo with my cousin - it was -4 last night !

    Even during the day it's really bitting cold................ but not too cold for a bike ride

    Forecast for the weekend - rain !
