    Ok. Never mind.

I'll leave it for the shorties.

Wow, that's very nice. I think it's a 49cm - based on the wheel base length they quoted...

I think it's too big for me. Thank goodness!

Ha,ha,ha...it's even too big for some of us 'shorties'. Wow, that is one nice looking bike. I am in the market for a new commuter and that one is pretty, but alas, too big (and too costly) for me....

It's just about the exact size as my 49cm LeMond Poprad. I'm 5'4" with longish legs and arms.

    Steelman Photos

    Hi everyone,

I noticed that my Steelman got posted over here and since the photos weren't available to non-Serotta forum members I've put them up for people to take a look at.

I've recently pulled off the Chorus shifters for my Torelli and I could either put some Record carbon shifters on the bike, or get something else if the person so desires.

Additionally I would be willing to swap out saddles or sell without a saddle and pedals since these types of items are more personal choices.

These are the measurements that I took in my garage:

    Specs (all c-c):
    Seat tube: 49.5cm
    Top tube: 52.5cm
    Chainstay: 42.2cm
    Front center: 59.5 cm
Stand over height: 77.5cm – tough to tell exactly, garage floor isn’t probably the flattest thing going.
BB drop: Again, not the most accurate measurement but it looks to be in the ~65mm range.

If there are any questions or interest, please let me know.

Wow, Conorb. Thanks for sharing the pix.
I'm happy to note...it's way too small for me, however! <<whew!!>>

Anybody know anything about that rear "self energizing system" brake setup?

I am channeling Zen right now- she is the only one looking after my pocket book.

    I would lose it.
    Someone would steal it.
It is too big- all bikes are too big.
I don't like the way Campy feels in my hands.
I suddenly have the urge to crash every time I ride.
Thanks TE! You pushed me half way over!

Yep, that was me. Thanks for saying so. NAHBS in Portland this year was crazy busy.

Ooo...I'm so tempted. Alas, I have to wait until the next batch of invoice payments come in from my clients before I'm allowed to splurge on anything. (At least, that's what I told myself last weekend when I wanted to buy myself a present.) Self-control is such hard work...
