Thanks for that, Wahine-Yoda. It's hard to be so focused for so long and have to revert to the total opposite for a while. I don't want to lose the fitness I've gained, but I have to remember that 2 weeks or even 2 months will not undo the system I took 6 months to build.

I definitely don't see myself running more than 4-5 miles for a while, I just don't have the desire in me. It'll come back. For now, I'll enjoy more cycling and swimming, and cross-training fun things like hiking and kayaking. The dog will enjoy walking instead of running anyway.
