WOW! How can they even deliver something that has been torn apart like that, and not actively offer to pay for it?
I hope it was insured and you get it replaced. That's absolutely horrible!

I'm just not sure how UPS can tear it to heck like that... and then leave it on your doorstep and feel good about the service they gave you.
