Yes, UPS really does suck eggs.
That parcel is actually typical of what I receive from UPS, and I am not exaggerating. Amazingly, I've been very lucky with the condition of the contents. So sorry you weren't.I never use UPS if I have a choice of shipping method, either as sender or recipient.
