You can cover the distance. You can't train for an event 4 days before. You should know that, why do you ask?

Today at the latest, or better yesterday would have been the day for a last 2 hour workout followed by carbo-loading dinner but tomorrow it's too late. Now it's just have your nutrition and hydration down, and pack the right clothes for the weather.
aah now, you are 7 hours behind me so there still IS time for a pre-carbo loading workout. Just don't overdo it because you are a day "late".
