Not true, I met my goal! I aimed for 177 and weighed in on friday at 176.6, so I get a yellow block too!And to my surprise, I didn't gain any of that back over my scrapbooking weekend! I drank more water than I usually do on those events, so less soda, and I did go for a 4+ mile walk in the hot hot weather. So that all must have helped!
I'll likely keep the goal of a lb a week for the next challenge, but any week where there is more is always a bonus!!
Thanks to all of you for the encouragement and the challenge aspect alone really helps me get moving when I would rather lie on the couch.
And of course thanks to GLC for the hard working of keeping us all tabulated.![]()
