Last year during my first tri (and first non-cycling event since I was about 5), I attempted to drink while running. I even thought I could artfully dump water over my head in dramatic fashion to help cool myself down. I learned that I can't drink while running and water pouring over my head moves the sweat into my eyes and it HURTS. It was just SO bad
Today I ran hills. I haven't run hills in about a month maybe? I was really looking forward to it too. It hurt. I am actually sore and I don't get sore. I think that's a good thing![]()
