This was my "first" workout after being sick last week
alarm clock rang at 5am today. Asked myselfwhy am I doing this, but got up anyway.
I had a glass of water with some rice syrup and pinch of salt (I am trying to develop my own energy goo based on rice syrup and maltodextrin), and was out the door at 5:14! 45 min run. 6K, slow & easy, I felt good while, but a bit woozyafter.
shower, 15 min re-incubation under the covers, and off on the train at 7 am.
......? shins? will tell you once they're holding up to 60 mins.....




why am I doing this, but got up anyway.
