Two days post Triathlon. OMG I'm sore today!
Decided that sitting around again wasn't going to help. Got up and set out to do 5 miles. I ended up covering 5.5 miles, but had to walk a lot of it. The heat, and I was DRAINED! I hope this gets better soon! I have to do a 5 mile local race on the morning of the 4th. Ack! I'm going to stumble in last if I don't feel better by then!![]()

why am I doing this, but got up anyway.

. I did get my long run of 9.25 in on Saturday and a short easy 3 on Sunday. Nothing on Monday and plan to run this evening at 7Pm hoping it cools down. It has been in the 90's today. the heat just wipes me out. I went to the Yogi /Pilates class again this WOW that is hard stuff. Anyother YOGI"S out there?
