KK - glad to hear from you. You've been in my thoughts. Good to hear they caught it when they did. I Love the suggestion about timing your naps for different points in the TdF - that way every time you wake up it's a different bike race!
Take it slow and heal fast - the bike will wait for you! They always do!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
