    Relationship Gurus?

Okay, you ladies seem to be fantastic at doling out advice, and I need some. I think I acted like a big stupid head with a pretty cool guy. Or maybe I behaved sensibly with a total jerk. I can't tell. Anyway, I'll spare everyone the details, but if you feel up to it, PM me. *sigh* He had such a pretty pickup truck...

If your instincts made you think something wasn't exactly right, THEN TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS! There are a million books out there on red flags and Narcissism, and there is a reason for that.

Like Zen, my vote is B.

    Yeah, all of the above.

Even if it is "A", it might not be the right time for you. Question why you're doing what you're doing and even if it IS just you, there's a reason why you're doing it. I'm curious though I don't know how many times you've told the story and if you're bored of it by now (I know I can only type things out so many times) but if you'd like, PM me.

I've had similar situations (not that I know the story but I've had the same dilemma) and it turned out the guy wasn't as nice as I thought. I think we have excellent warning systems inside ourselves but we don't always see it.

Obviously advice is impossible without detail...

If you feel you did or said something you shouldn't have, apologize if it suits you. Otherwise, mosey on and thank your lucky stars you didn't waste any more time on the guy. Teigyr's right, early warning systems function well, we just don't always recognize the cues.

Eh, they say there are more fish in the sea.
If fish aren't your thing men are about the same way but most of them are dry and don't have fish lips.
