No running for me until later this week. It's a light rest week so I'm only doing 2x 3-mile maintenance runs before going back into Half Marathon training. I may do a 5K race on Thursday, I won't push it too hard though because I have quite a bit of soreness/stiffness in my left glute muscle from the race on Sunday. Hopefully it'll be gone by Thursday.

I ran about 7 miles last night with my triathlon training group. Totally demoralizing, as I am the slowest person in the (fast-ish) group. Everyone else is a "real" runner and it's the best I can do to hang on.
(and then not run for a week and a half)
It wasn't even 80 degrees and sweat was literally pouring off my body. Felt good
