First Fall

Last summer I had my first fall, due to my husband running into my rear wheel and me squeezing my brakes as if I were in the midst of electrical shock (Gotta love inertia). There was a guy behind us who stopped right away and said he used to be a paramedic.

Wow was I glad, because I was hurting. He asked what hurt the most and I explained that it was my hip bone, while proceeding to look inside my shorts for damage.

Later when I got use of my brain back I realized that as I looked for damage I was TOTALLY flashing everything I had to the "used to be a paramedic" guy. I guess I was forgetting that I don't wear underware under my shorts! I also realized the episode sounded vaguely like the commercial where someone performing a skilled task claims that they had no training, but they did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.
