Ten miles today. I should've known to scrap it but my day wasn't going as planned (was going to swim but then realized it would be a less than intelligent choice) and I wanted to do something. Anything.

It was hot out, at least for me. My water bottle leaked. I was tired and just not into it. I was getting that hot/dizzy/cold fatigue feeling. Maybe I should've eaten before. Maybe I was dehydrated. I don't know.

Anyway, I did it but was down to mostly walking by the end. Every time I tried to run, even slowly, my heart rate would go WAY up and my muscles would feel ineffective.

Ah well, tomorrow is another day. And, I had plenty of chocolate milk when I got home
