Thanks for the advice! I've kind of chickened out for now, but I'll keep thinking about it.

    Attn: Northwest Wool Weenies

Team Estrogen is having a parking lot sale this weekend. You can find details in the Northwest subforum.

    http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showthread.php?t=24045

Why would a wool weenie care?

Because, we just took delivery of 1,800 pairs of smartwool socks on closeout, all of which will be available very inexpensively at the sale. Sooooo, if you find yourself in Hillsboro this weekend, please stop by and satisfy your woolie cravings with some Smartwool socks.

Whatever is left will find its way onto the website a week or so after the event.

    Wool underwear

I'm curious and scared of this at the same time. Is it really comfortable, or not so much?

Try sleeping in a soft thin merino Smartwool or Ibex shirt. That'll give you an idea of how the underwear would feel.

Even in June now, it's in the low 70's at night with a breeze and I love sleeping in light cotton knickers and an Ibex thin merino base layer top- either long sleeve or tank top depending on the temp.
Another thing- our kitties come cuddle with us in the morning when we're having our coffee in bed, and they clearly prefer to snuggle up on my merino shirt as opposed to DH's cotton t-shirt. Kitties know quality.

    swobo women jersey sizing?

CL has long sleeve swobo jersey which I would really like. Based on the swobo website, I am between sizes L (38in chest) and XL (40in chest). They give no info on waist size, only the length or sleeve and length of front. I am usually 39in in chest (36D) and otherwise I am reasonably normal size (not fat). Any suggestion which size to get? I hate when the XL sizing is sometimes wide in armpits...

    THANKS!
