    Exactly! It was very liberating to know I wasn't stranded like everyone else. I could just hop on my bike and start pedalling and enjoy the sunshine and still get home before all the people stranded at the station.

    I didn't have my garmin with me, but I think it was about 24 miles. It felt like my usual plodding pace of 12mph average and it took me two hours so that would make it 24 miles. And the fresh air definitely helped ease the headache.
