Were you mine? I am not home so I am not sure the city on the return label is in your county. Hmmmm.... You're a vet and you included my puppies? Maybe?

    Hmmm....ME?

    Very possible!
I think I am the only one in Sedro-Woolley on this forum! Everyone else here doesn't ride a bike... they drive great big pickups with gun racks and yell at cyclists!
So... I confess -- it was me! Did I do ok keeping it "mild" on your dogs' tummies? I'd hate to cause pancreatitis in a poor little Schnauzer! They are SO sensitive!

Wow, that was sneaky it took me a week to figure out! Thanks again for the package, I adore my little pink bike keychain. My dogs have been enjoying the treats and they seem to be mild enough. Sounds like you live around some of the people we have here, ugh.

That is too funny that you are actually a former Milwaukean, and I got you for a Secret Sister.

I hope you still have fond memories our the city. Soon it will be one of the best times to be here in Milwaukee - SUMMERFEST. I'm sure if you lived here as a teenager you must have spent some time there.

I got my package last week and it was wonderful! Already wore my cool socks and love them. I'm a bit of a sock-oholic, so that was just perfect for me. The lotion smells wonderful and the shot block and beans will come in handy when my dang shoulder heals (or gets shot up with some cortisone) and I can finally get back on my bike!

My package is sitting here beside me and will go out in the mail tomorrow. Sorry for the extreme delay!
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

Looks like a lot of us were delayed this month. In case a package headed for me is still waiting on somebody's desk, you might want to save some money on the postage. I'll be headed to California in less than 2 weeks. I might get the package sooner and you could definitely send it cheaper than if you mailed it now all the way to Norway. You could PM me for the address to my moms place. Or PM my sister (Trek420). Or go via Makbike if you want to keep your ID secret.

I was just gloomily affixing my waterproof neon yellow helmet cover to my helmet this afternoon and wondering, alternately, when the heck we had moved to Mordor, and if I REALLY dared to ride in the rain and cold at this stage of my recovery when an extremely festive packaged arrived from New Orleans, brightening my day immensely.
I love the beads and the shirt--and you can just never have enough socks!
Thanks Beth. You really made my day!

Hmmm.... I mailed mine Friday but it rarely takes over 2 days to get anywhere. Hopefully it will arrive soon!

I totally remember Summerfest! I saw INXS, Huey Lewis and the News and the Stray Cats at Summerfest! And it used to be 'break dancing' central back then (yes, I'm dating myself!). So many great memories! Enjoy it for me, this year, will you?

Oooh! I remember Huey Lewis etc. Chris Hayes (their guitarist) lived up the hill from my folks for a few years, til the noise from the road drove him near crazy. It was a fantastic place known to neighbors as "The Castle". I must have a picture of it somewhere, but probably from before I went digital. The living room was 2 stories + a turret tall with a full height natural stone fireplace. The "mantlepiece" (if you could call it that) was like a rock wall with a built-in waterfall that ended in a whirlpool tub. Really more of a bachelor pad place than a family home, but then the guy who built it was kind of a crazy bachelor carpenter. Anyway, though it was pretty far up on a wooded hillside, it wasn't far enough away from the road for quiet. We got invited up for a swim now and then when I was there on vacation. There weren't a lot of kids around and mine were more or less of an age with his son, who I think considered my Dad an unofficial grandfather.

I got my package today! Thank you very much for my goodies. Love the socks! And the yummy stuff as well. And the lieguard chapstick has come at a great time in my working season. I will be using that! The sticker and hat are very cool as well. Did I leave anything out.
Ok now are you from Texas? I noticed the trail mix was from texas. AM I right? Is it Aggie Ama?
Oh yes the socks do appeal to my cat side.

Oh How funny. I have some very good friends who are playing at Summer fest and I have done a sand sculpture there for Italian fest (same grounds). Great grounds.

You must not have peeked at the return address! Yup, it is me. The hat is from Lance's new bike shop and the trail mix is named after the area I went to college. Glad it got out to you, I was getting a little nervous because it normally doesn't take almost a week.
