I do have a few waist bags, maybe I should try that... I need to downsize my keyring for running days first and foremost, though!!
Any suggestion, dear Yoda, about how to ease a slight tendonitis of the big toe? It feels as if my shoe is too tight... even when I don't have a shoe on, and especially when I pull my toes up. It's definitely nothing broken according to the house doctor. Any wisdom is welcome. I have entirely cut running for a month, I didn't feel that pain anymore and just 7 km later it's back.![]()
