I'm running!

Yesterday I did speedwork at the track. I was really short on time but I really needed more of a workout than just running a 5k. So I ran 2 min 1/4 miles with one 1/4 mile easy in between. I lost track of laps, but I had a total time of 37-40 minutes. It was a TOUGH workout.

Tomorrow I was going to do a brick, but the weather looks iffy so I may just do a longer run--hopefully 8 miles.
