that IS good news. She's quite the rider. I rode side by side with her (she was humoring me) and she could ride all day long.

It's really inspiring to me (at 54 yrs) that BikeGoddess is at the very top of the mileage charts (3,971 miles so far in 2008!) for the year for BikeJournal's Team Estrogen club. Numero Uno!
She's in her 60's, right?
Awesome!Gives me added inspiration for staying fit for many years to come.

I want to be BG when I grow upShe was my tent-mate on ALC 4. She was probably in the 1st quarter each day of riders in.
It's a ride not a race but that's amazing at any age.
Of course I was happy because .... the tent was up by the time I got in![]()

Yea, I know she's on top; I checked yesterday![]()
(Guess who's number two, depending on where I put my miles...)
'Way to go BG... hey, maybe *she* can ride with me from Loveland to Urbana??? Tho' she'd prob'ly have to slow down...
Aw man! I've been training like a maddog all year for ALC7, just put in over 540 miles last week on the actual ALC ride, and I'm still over 650 miles behind BG!!
I guess I'll just have to accept the fact that I'll never catch her.
Good job, BikeGoddess!

I'll get back on the bike soon, I promise!
You all are inspirational! I gotta log my miles for the past few months. But I won't be near BG.
